How long until my website launches?

We aim to get the sites launched within four (4) weeks from the content submission.

Do I need to pay the full amount up front?

Yes. Due to the deep discounting and quick turnaround times, the full amount is due upon order placement.

Is submitting my payment via Paypal secure?

Absolutely! Although our site is also secured by a SSL certificate, your payments are processed via Paypal’s secure servers.

Do I need a Paypal account?

No. We use Paypal’s secure servers to process the credit card payments, but you do not need to have a Paypal account to send payment. Simply check “Pay With A Debit or Credit Card” at the bottom of the form.

Do I need to be in Atlanta to get in on this?

Definitely not! We sent the initial offer out to a list of authors we know personally in our area, but we have clients all over the country.

Can I order a website if I’m not an author?

No, but yes. This particular offering has been carefully planned out and contains a specific list of features that cater to an author’s needs.

How do I get my content to you?

In your order confirmation email, there will be a link to the New Site Content Form. This is where you’ll upload all your text and photos to our secure servers.

If you have any trouble with this form, send a message. We will either troubleshoot or provide another method for submitting your content.

What format should my content be in?

For text, simply copy and paste your text into the box provided in the form. If you have it in a Word document or similar file, you can attach it to the Other Notes field at the end. Please do not send a pdf or jpg of your text!

Photos should be in jpg or png file format and must not be larger than 1.25MB per file.

Other notes and documents may be in jpg, png, pdf, doc or docx formats.
